You are saving the world.

You are the one people rely on. You hold complexity, responsibility, crisis, emotion and other people’s needs. You care deeply. You are devoted to what you do and to the people you serve.

Somewhere along the way, caring became carrying.

Devotion became duty.

Strength became the ability to endure more.

Remember when you were full of the joys of life and carried the absolute belief that a better world was possible, and that you were going to be part of that change?

So when did life become a grind, something to caffeinate, numb or distract your way through because it all feels so damn much?

When did living life and feeling your vitality and mojo dripping from your fingertips turn into coping and making it through another over-busy, barely fulfilling day?

When did the seemingly endless energy you had become relentless exhaustion, immune to all the self-care you throw at it?

And how come the list of your achievements, awards and “impact” keeps growing, while your sense of agency, potency and contribution keeps diminishing?

From the outside, you may still look strong.

Yes, I want True Resilience

But there is a hidden cost to being extraordinary.

Something inside is starving.

In the name of productivity and impact, your free spirit has been reined in and tamed.

You want to serve, but not at your expense.

You want to finish the day with something left so you can dance, play or simply BE.

You keep doing your "self-care", but your body still has chronic pain, ongoing health conditions and an exhaustion that no holiday seems to get rid of.

You are eating well, exercising and taking all the right supplements, but still feel like the half-dead walking.

There's a disconnect from your aliveness, from your life force.

That's because your chronic stress and everything you are doing to manage your symptoms are coming from the same obstruction, the same pattern of endurance, of treating yourself like a machine so you keep going, performing, delivering.

And it's killing you slowly.

Are you living the false definition of resilience?

In the last workshop, when I asked people what resilience meant to them, they said:

“The ability to bounce back.”
“Holding on.”
“Staying in the game.”
“Withstanding adversity.”
“Getting up after being knocked down.”

And at the same time, they shared that what they are looking for is different:

“I want to stay grounded and present in challenge.”
“I want to hold space without losing myself.”
“I want to feel connected to myself and others.”
“I don’t just want to survive. I want to feel alive again.”

This gap is where this workshop lives.

“I’ve done a lot of work on myself, but this helped me see in a very simple way how much of my ‘resilience’ is actually just pushing through.” KR, workshop participant

The End of Endurance is a live experiential workshop for devoted, sensitive, over-responsible leaders, visionaries and caregivers who are done holding it all together at the cost of their body, truth, joy and relationships.

Yes, I want the end of endurance

I know Survival Strength from the inside.

I used to call myself Fortress Rola.

You would only ever see me fine, strong and capable. Definitely never crying.

I would go on humanitarian missions. I would witness massacres and unimaginable suffering, then be back in London, back at my hospital on Monday morning, back to work.

That, for me, was resilience.

But through recovering from burnout, healing PTSD and working with hundreds of clients, I realised one of the biggest fu*keries our world has convinced us to believe:

The myth that endurance equals resilience.

What we have been calling resilience is often Survival Strength.

Survival Strength is the form of strength we develop to survive life.

It keeps us functioning, but a shadow of our full selves.

Holding everything together, through tense jaws and hunched shoulders.

Pushing through when our insides are screaming to stop.

It confuses caring with carrying, so we keep carrying what's not ours.

It abandons the self to serve.

It harnesses urgency, pressure and adrenaline and makes it our fuel.

It ignores the body, overrides our limits and keeps us going at any cost.

So we go, go, go.

Then collapse. Then pick ourselves off the floor and go again, before we hit the deck once more.

We optimise our nutrition. We optimise our exercise. We swallow bags of supplements. We take the holidays. But nothing seems to touch the deep depletion running beneath it all.

Survival Strength is intelligent, adaptive and often deeply admired.

When we mistake Survival Strength for resilience, we become very good at enduring life while becoming less able to inhabit it.

It may have helped you survive and get this far.

But it sure won't get you to where you want to go.

There is another way to be strong.

True Resilience is the capacity to remain connected to yourself while life remains demanding.

It is regenerative rather than depleting.

It invites you into deep connection with yourself, so you know when you are moving out of resonance, alignment and capacity.

It re-orients you towards resource, connection and the flow of life.

It allows you to stay grounded in challenge, hold space without losing yourself and serve without self-abandonment.

It helps you make wise choices with discernment, from what is true and optimal rather than simply what is familiar.

It allows you to share your talents, gifts and abilities with right responsibility, remembering both how vital your contribution is and that it is not all on you.

You remain deeply caring; you work and live with devotion, but you create a different relationship with strength.

One that does not require you to disappear to be useful.

One that leaves room for your body, your truth, your joy and your relationships.

“I didn’t realise how disconnected I had become from myself until this. It was confronting, but also relieving.” MH, workshop participant

The End of Endurance will help you recognise the Survival Strength you have mistaken for resilience, experience regenerative ways of meeting pressure, and leave with a practical map for staying connected to yourself whilst serving others.

What you will experience during the workshop:

“I came for tools, but what I got was a completely different understanding of what resilience actually is.” RD, workshop participant

Recognise your Survival patterns

Map your unique survival pattern under pressure and discover how you brace, over-function or disappear when life becomes demanding.

Discover where your strength really comes from

Create your Resilience and Resource Landscape so you can clearly see what depletes you, what restores you, and the resources you already have available but may not yet be drawing upon.

Feel the difference in your own body

Experience the difference between bracing and safety, urgency and steadiness, so True Resilience becomes something you can recognise, not just understand.

“I could feel the difference in my body between bracing and something softer. That alone changed a lot for me.” AF, workshop participant.

Learn how to resource and realign yourself under pressure

Practise five nervous-system stabilisation techniques and understand when to use each one, especially in the moments that matter most.

Replenish yourself before you reach exhaustion

Explore practical ways to nourish yourself while life is still demanding, rather than waiting until you are depleted.

Stay connected without abandoning yourself

Learn how to make choices that support your sovereignty through the right relationship, the right distance and the right conditions, so you can continue serving without losing yourself.

Build your roadmap for True Resilience

Create your Five-Pillar Blueprint, a practical framework you can return to long after the workshop to support both your leadership and your life.

yes, I want my aliveness

“There was something about the way you guided this that made it feel safe to be honest. Not perform, not get it right. Just be.” AHP, workshop participant.

Imagine…

Imagine an exhale after years of bracing.

Imagine shifting from carrying life to being carried by life.

Imagine holding space for others without losing yourself.

Imagine meeting a difficult conversation with presence.

Imagine not relying on urgency to move you.

Imagine finishing the day with energy left.

Imagine you don't need to keep proving how freaking strong and capable you are!

A final note

True Resilience is radical.

It is revolutionary.

Rebellious.

It invites you to free the self you have long caged so duty and obligation can metamorphose into devotion.

You are an expansive and powerful being who came to do world-changing work. You do not need to prove your strength by surviving another season of self-abandonment. You need a radical systems upgrade, a new architecture; you need True resilience.

This is where endurance ends. And a different kind of strength begins.

I’m not running this workshop again this year.

This work is not about helping you tolerate more, perform better or become even more effective at carrying the unbearable.

It is about reclaiming the parts of you that endurance has slowly pushed to the edges.

The wise self.

The wild self.

Your freedom.

Your capacity for pleasure, play and wonder.

The energy to dance at the end of the day, not because the work is finished, but because you are still here inside your own life.

It is about contributing from your deepest place of truth and knowing, without confusing responsibility with control or devotion with self-sacrifice.

You have not given so much because there is something wrong with you.

You have given so much because you care.

But caring was never meant to cost you your aliveness.

22 places- is one of them yours?
